David Fisher
Co-Chairman -David has been in scouting for  28 years.  He has served as president of Westark Area Council, Council Commissioner, District Chairman of  Magazine Mountain District, District Commissioner, Jambo SM, Jambo HTN Chair and on the Executive  Board for many years.  He is the father of Eagle Scout David Fisher.

Mary Fisher
Co-Chairman-Mary has been in scouting for 28 years.  She is currently Council Training chair, has served as VP's Marketing, and District Operations, District Chairman of Magazine Mountain District, Wood Badge Scoutmaster SR-374, National Camp School Staff and as be on the Executive Board for many years.  Mary will also chair the Camp Orr 100th Anniversary Celebration.  She is the mother of Eagle Scout David Fisher.

Kristi Graham
Advisor-Kristi is the District Executive for the Butterfield Trail District Westark Area Council.  Kristi has been involved with Scouting on the  professional level for two years. Along with being the professional advisor for the Centennial Celebration. Kristi also serves as the Business Manager for  Rogers Scout Reservation, Council Day Camp Advisor and publishes the Council newsletter.  Kristi lives in Fort Smith with her young son, Brayden, who can't wait to join Cub Scouts.

Joe Davis
Event and Time Capsule Chairman-Joe has been in scouting for the past 21 years and lives in Butterfield Trail District.  He is currently registered as Council Commissioner and Area Wood Badge Coordinator. Other scouting jobs include Troop Committee, Troop Committee Chairman,  Council Vice President and Council President.  He and wife, Diane have two children Brent, who is an Eagle Scout and Kara, an attorney.

Jamie Bowerman
Program Chairman-Jamie has been in scouting for the past 20 years.  She has served in many district positions as well as Council Commissioner, and Council Vice President of Program.  She has been on the Executive Board for many years, served as Scoutmaster of WB-SR-789 and is the mother of Eagle Scout Josh Bowerman.

Boyd Darling
Finance Chairman-Boyd has been in scouting for 22 years.  He is currently Council Board Member, Unit Commissioner, and Unit Chairman for Crew 911.  He resides in Ozark District.  He has served on the Pack, Troop, District and Council level.  He has been Pow Wow Chairman, on Council Training Team,  Council Commissioner, and VP of Finance and Wood Badge Scoutmaster of SR - 890.  He and wife, Annette have two sons, Andrew and Benjamin, both Eagle Scouts.

Lawson Hembree
Relationships Chairman-Lawson has been in Scouting all his life, and as an adult 15 years.   He is from Butterfield Trail and is on the Executive Board of the Council.  He has served as Committee Chairman, Nominating Comm. Chair, ASM, and Council President.  He has two sons, Lawson Hembree V an Eagle Scout and  Chris a Life Scout.

Mike Benefield
Recognition/Purchasing Chairman-Mike has been in scouting for 25 years.  He is currently the Magazine Mountain District Chairman and ASM for Troop 214.  He has served as District Commissioner, WAC Board, SM, WB and Jambo Staff.  His children are Sharon, of Fayetteville, David a Parole Officer in Conway and John, a student at ATU.

Jeff Dezort
Marketing Chairman-Jeff has been in scouting for the past 12 years.  He is currently registered as Scoutmaster for Troop 132 in Harrison, in Ozark District.  He has held many positions with Pack 160 and Pack 159.  He is the editor of the Newton County Times in Jasper.   He and wife, Karen, have a daughter,  Anne a student at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO, and son, Jonathan, an Eagle Scout.

John Levy
Ozark District- John has been in scouting for many years.  He is currently registered Ozark District Vice Chairman of Program.  He has been on the council executive board for many years, Scoutmaster, District Committee Member, has chaired the Camp Orr  Maintenance Committee, served on many Council and Dirstict Training Teams, BPU Staff.

Anna Kunkel
Magazine Mountain District- Anna has  been in scouting for 7 years lives in MagazineMountain District.  She iscurrently registered with the Troop Committee for Troop 214.  Other positions she has held are  Cub Den Leader, Tiger Leader, WebeloLeader, Cub and Boy Scout Roundtable, Commissioner, RSR Craft Lady, Cub Trainer.  She and husband, Don have one son,Calvin, Life Scout.


 


Steve Lovick
Butterfield Trail District-Steve hasbeen in Scouting for 16 years, and is currently registered as Butterfield TrailDistrict Chairman and Troop Committee Chair.  He has also served as Committee member.   His children are one son,  Andrew, age 21, Eagle Scout, currently Petty Officer in the US Navy in Japan;and one daughter, Kirsten, age 15, a sophomore at Southside High School.

Chuck Buchong
Razorback District-Chuck has been in scouting for  33 years; 7 as a youth and 266 as an adult.  He is registered in the Razorback District and is currently the Chartered Organization Representative. He has served the troop, district and council in a variety of positions.  He and is wife have one son, a Life Scout  with 23 merit badges and two daughters.

Ken Pevehouse
RSR Event Chairman-Ken is a  veteran scouter.  He is currently registered with the Butterfield Trail District and is on the Westark Area Council Executive Board.  He has served on the Camp Orr 50th Anniversary Committee, as ASM for WAC Jambo Troop,  Scoutmaster, ASM of Troop 2 in Fort Smith. He and his wife, Lynn  have one son, Bill and a daughter, Katie.

Chuck Campbell
Flag Relay Chairman-Chuck has been in scouting for 26 years 11 as a youth and 15 as adult.  He is currently registered in Magazine Mountain District as ASM and HI for  both Troop and Pack 214. He served as a WB Troop Committee member on SR 374, ASM and SM of Troop 214, Cubmaster and Committee Chair for P 214, Magazine Mountain Camping Chairman and Venture Xtreme Chairman.  He and wife, Phyllis have two children, Josh and Rebekka.

Chip Marrin
Jamboree Troop-Chip has been in Scouting for 42 years.   He resides in Butterfield TrailDistrict and is currently registered as Scoutmaster and Associate LodgeAdvisor.  He has served as DenLeader, Webelos Leader, Dist. Comm.,  Dist. Program Director, Council NYLT Scoutmaster, etc.  He and his wife have one son, Alex, Age11, 2nd Class.

Steve Coppinger
Eagle Search Chairman-Steve has been in scouting for 10 years as an adult leader. Was anExplorer scout in the late 70's and early 80's for about four years.  He is from Razorback District and is currently registered as Committee Chair, Troop 102. He has served as CommitteeMember, Scoutmaster, Advancement Chair for the Troop, Cubmaster, Webelos Den Leader.  His oldest son is  Eagle candidate - Eagle Board (April 2009)
